As I ran the server, I suddenly wondered how to be an Rust Official Server. So i asked it to FacePunch via email.

They replied so fast. The way to become an official server is that you have to run a server for years and have contributed to the Rust community greatly. Then FacePunch will contact you if they feel like they need more official servers.
Conclusion
In my opinion, they don't need more EU, US servers but they need more Asia servers. like japan or korea so my goal is to make my server an official server.
